Orders & Delivery
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Orders move into processing after confirmation, so they cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please check the products, sizes, quantities, and delivery details carefully before completing checkout.
Where does Twige deliver?
We currently deliver within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more. It costs ₹49 for orders from ₹699.01 to ₹998.99 and ₹79 for orders up to ₹699.
How can I check my order status?
Tracking details will be shared when available using the email or phone number provided at checkout. If you need help, contact us with your order number.
What if I entered the wrong delivery details?
Contact us as soon as possible. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

What makes Twige matching T-shirts different?
Twige designs coordinated T-shirts that look meaningful together and stylish on their own. They are made for couples, families, parents and children, siblings, twins, and friends.
Is the displayed price for one T-shirt or a complete set?
Unless the product page clearly states otherwise, the displayed price is for one T-shirt. Add each required T-shirt, size, colour and quantity separately to build your matching set.
Can each person choose a different size and color?
Yes. Select the required size and color for each T-shirt before adding it to your cart. Check the product size guide before ordering.
Do you offer custom names or customer-supplied artwork?
Yes. Visit our customisation section to add names, text or share your own artwork/ images/ design/ logos.
Sizing, Product Details & Care
How should I choose a size?
Use the size guide on the product page and compare its measurements with a T-shirt that already fits well. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized look, consider choosing one size up.
Where can I find fabric, fit, and care information?
Product-specific fabric, fit, and care details are listed on each product page.
Will the product look exactly like the image?
Product images may include digital mockups. Small differences in colour, print size, or placement can occur because of screen settings and the printing process.
Returns & Product Issues
Can I return or exchange an item for a size mistake or change of mind?
Returns and exchanges are not available for an incorrect size selection, colour preference, or change of mind because products are produced on order. Please review the size guide before purchasing.
What if I receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear unboxing video, and clear photographs showing the issue. Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or correction, subject to applicable law. Read our Refund Policy for full details.
Payments, Gifts & Larger Orders
Which payment methods are available?
The currently available prepaid payment options are shown securely at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.
Can I send a Twige order as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific gifting request.
Can I enquire about a larger group or corporate order?
Yes. Send us the required quantities, sizes, preferred designs, and delivery date through our Contact page. We will confirm feasibility, pricing, and timelines.
